Friends of Coal is making an appearance in Iraq

Friends of Coal is not restricted to West Virginia. You can find Friends of Coal members in 37 states. But as this picture (courtesy of CW2 Geoff Mann, Virginia Army National Guard) shows, Friends of Coal is making an appearance in Iraq. The picture includes Geoff Mann (a pilot), several other pilots and a group of U.S Marines. They were practicing getting on and off on of helicopters, a procedure known as "static loading." (Mann is on the far left.)
